	Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation and Recovery department will host a seminar titled, "Subroball — an examination into the use of advanced skills and metrics to enhance recoveries." The seminar will examine the use of psychology to influence an adversary's position; the impact of self-driving cars and related technologies in proving liability for auto PD claims; investigating product failures by using the internet of things; cutting-edge approaches to preserving loss sites, including capturing information presumed lost and analysis of heat sources (including spontaneous combustion); and use of black box data in IM and trucking accidents.
