Wendy Venoit will be a panelist on the “Arbitration v. Litigation” panel for the Massachusetts Superior Court Business Litigation Section. This panel will cover the relative advantages and disadvantages of the two principal means for resolving commercial disputes in an adversarial proceeding. Wendy will discuss both options' efficiency and flexibility and the value of confidentiality in arbitration.
