Andy Baer and Ben Mishkin will participate in a panel discussion titled “New & Emerging Developments Regarding the Collection of User Data” at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 15th Annual In-House Counsel Conference. The panel will address new privacy data laws that come into effect this year, what companies must do to comply, and which states could be changing their laws next. Andy and Ben will also discuss the use of session replay technology, data breach-related issues, best practices, and the current state of EU-US data flows.
