Christopher S. Clemenson and Joseph E. Okon will present a Cozen O'Connor webinar titled "Colorado Insurance: Navigating Auto Insurance Disclosures Under C.R.S. § 10-3-1117."
The webinar will provide general education on Colorado’s auto liability insurance disclosure requirements. The presenters will discuss the monetary penalties imposed on insurers who fail to comply and possible defenses to lawsuits brought to recover the penalty. The presenters will also offer strategies for reducing exposure through internal protocols, third-party administrator (TPA) procedures, and education of claims handlers.
