Howard Krooks will present "Ethical Issues in Representing Clients with Diminished Capacity" at the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council's Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting. The session will focus on the ethical rules pertaining to representing clients with diminished capacity, how to assess capacity, what the attorney can do to identify when diminished capacity exists, and how to create an environment most favorable to clients who may be suffering from diminished capacity.
