Nicole Sprinzen and Milton Marquis will present “The Rise in State Enforcement over Traditionally Federal Issues” at the ACC Greater Philadelphia’s Corporate Counsel University. The federal government is encouraging states to take a more active role in enforcing laws in areas traditionally overseen by federal agencies. As a result, an increase in enforcement actions by State Attorneys General is expected. The panel will explore which areas this shift is affecting and how companies should prepare for variations in enforcement priorities and procedures between state and federal authorities.
