As the current Administration has significantly shifted the focus and character of federal regulatory activity, state attorneys general (AGs) are stepping in to shape policy through individual and multistate actions and enforcement.
This session will look at the 2026 AG election landscape and then examine how AGs are filling perceived regulatory gaps—driving activity in areas such as consumer protection, data privacy, antitrust, and environmental enforcement. It also will the development of enforcement priorities and coordination among states.
