Wendy Venoit will speak on the “Global Mega-Projects & Cross-Cultural Dynamics in Transnational Construction” panel at the 2026 Annual AAA-ICDR Construction Conference. Wendy and the other panelists will examine how arbitration and mediation provide a neutral platform for resolving international construction conflicts efficiently and fairly. They will also address the impact of cultural negotiation styles, translation considerations, and jurisdictional differences on dispute strategy, as well as the role of international arbitral institutions in managing complex, multi-party, multi-jurisdictional matters.
