John Ho and Drew Neckar, Principal Consultant of COSECURE, will present “Health Care Violence: Best Practices and Legislative Landscape” for the American Society for Health Care Risk Management. In the absence of increased federal regulation, states are actively increasing their own legislation and regulatory mandating aimed at preventing and responding to workplace violence in the health care sector.
