Dave Zambito will moderate the panel “The Ethical Obligations of Succession Planning and Mentorship” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Public Utility Law Bench Bar Conference. The panel will discuss the ethical obligations of lawyers practicing with and before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to mentor junior lawyers to ensure that clients continue to receive competent representation and that Commission proceedings run smoothly. Topics will include the requirements of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and best practices for succession planning within the Commission, public utility companies, public advocate offices, and private law firms.
