Maureen Holland will present “Title IX: Same Regulations, New Problems” with Leora Freedman, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights at UCLA, for the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA). Maureen and Leora will discuss the current state of Title IX law, including conflicts between federal and state law and enforcement against schools with gender inclusive policies. They will also cover policies in hot button areas such as housing and bathrooms and pose timely hypotheticals for college and university counsel who advise on Title IX, as well as campus administrators with related responsibilities.
