Howard Krooks will present “Use of Trusts in Government Benefits Planning,” a seminar hosted by the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma. He will cover topics such as revocable trusts and irrevocable Medicaid asset protection trusts. Howard will also share his knowledge on mistakes to avoid when planning for a child with special needs and discuss capacity issues in elder law planning.
