Heather also covers the most interesting case she’s worked on lately and how she manages her work-life balance. “I try to show myself grace and maintain my sense of humor,” she said. “There are going to be days that are weighted heavily toward work, but you have to remember that it’s the overall balance and not a particular day that matters in the long run.”
