David Kirchblum Named a Distinguished Adviser in Debt Financing by Financier Worldwide

PHILADELPHIA, October 21, 2025 – David Kirchblum, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Commercial Finance Practice, has been named a Distinguished Adviser in Debt Financing in Financier Worldwide’s 2025 Power Players report. David was one of only 10 individuals to receive the recognition.

David advises a wide range of clients on complex corporate finance and other significant transactions. His practice spans acquisition-driven financings as well as leveraged, asset-based, and structured financings involving a broad array of asset classes and industries. He regularly counsels clients on the development and execution of financing structures and has experience managing cross-border transactions, including in Europe, East Asia, and South America. David also represents companies undergoing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other fundamental transactions. He routinely provides advice and guidance on structuring and forming companies for purposes of complex business arrangements, assists with general corporate and regulatory matters, and helps clients navigate changing market conditions and legal frameworks.
