Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, spoke with the Business Insider about the defense case in the Sean "Diddy" Combs sex-trafficking trial. Portraying Combs' accusers as consensual accomplices in their own abuse, defense pitched a scenario that was completely different from the one presented by prosecutors. "This was a challenging case for the prosecution," Sarah said, adding that Combs "very much wants to show that these relationships, while undoubtedly toxic and violent, were consensual.”
