Joseph Dever, chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement Group, was recently featured in the book From No to NASDAQ authored by Gareth Sheridan, the CEO of Nutriband Inc. The book discusses Gareth’s journey from starting a small, private business to becoming the CEO of a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ trading market. The book highlights Joe’s role in assisting the company reach its goal of becoming a public company by working as the company’s SEC counsel to resolve an SEC investigation.
