LAS VEGAS, September 9, 2025 — Jan Tomasik was named to the 2025 Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Stars list. 

To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for ten years or less. Each candidate is then evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. While up to 5% of lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5% are named to Rising Stars. 

Jan is the office managing partner of Cozen O'Connor's Las Vegas office and a member of the Global Insurance Department. His practice focuses on civil litigation defense and trial. He has experience with all stages of complex litigation from inception through verdict. Prior to joining the firm, Jan concentrated his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and premises and product liability matters on behalf of large insurers, retailers, hotels, manufacturers, and transportation companies.
