NEW YORK, June 3, 2025 — Jeremy Deutsch, a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been appointed to the Yale School of Management (SOM) Alumni Advisory Board. He will serve a three-year term from 2025 to 2028. The Alumni Advisory Board represents over 12,000 Yale SOM alumni. As a member of the board, Jeremy will help advance the school’s values and mission; collaborate with and counsel SOM leadership; and engage with alumni, students, and the University.
Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience in business law, including conducting complex corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as transactional work and day-to-day legal counseling. In litigation, Jeremy has represented clients and tried cases to verdict and arbitrated matters to final award in matters involving large frauds, breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract and joint venture agreements, complex financial instrument and securities litigation, real estate lending, shareholder derivative suits, stock option litigation, construction disputes, employment disputes, and violations of restrictive covenant agreements by employees. He has experience in cross-border litigation in the United States, Canada, and England, including matters involving securities fraud, trade secret theft, copyright and trademark infringement, commodities fraud, investment liability/mandatory indemnification issues, RICO claims, employment contracts, and management buyout litigation.
