WASHINGTON, D.C., February 21, 2025 — Josephine Bahn, an associate of the firm’s Construction Law Group, has been selected as one of The Daily Record’s 2025 Leaders in Law honorees in the Leadership in Law category. This award, presented in collaboration with the Maryland State Bar Association, honors outstanding legal professionals across Maryland who are serving businesses, clients, and individuals and making communities stronger. Jo and the other honorees will be formally recognized at the Leaders in Law awards ceremony on April 7, 2025.
Jo focuses her practice on commercial litigation and construction law. She counsels real estate developers, project owners, contractors, and design professionals in all phases of the construction process. Jo’s practice includes public and private projects as well as bid protests throughout the United States. She also regularly handles claims related to mechanics’ liens on projects. Jo has wide-ranging experience litigating construction defect claims including stucco and other water intrusion claims. She has litigated in a wide range of forums, including state, federal, and administrative forums as well as various boards of contract appeals.
