Jerry Goldfeder was quoted in a PolitiFact article discussing Elon Musk’s criticism of New York City mayoral candidates appearing twice on the ballot. New York’s tradition of fusion voting allows multiple parties to nominate the same candidate. Having a candidate appear on the ballot twice is “not a scam at all,” said Jerry. “New York has had fusion voting for many, many years.”
