Jerry Goldfeder was quoted in a New York Daily News article discussing the case of a New York City Council member, Susan Zhuang, who had her charges dropped after she went through a restorative justice program. “It made the most sense for both sides to resolve the case this way,” said Jerry.
Jerry also commented on Zhuang’s status for reelection this year. According to him, she faces no primary and “no opponent on either the conservative, Republican or Working Families line.”
