The Senate on Wednesday officially passed legislation to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release its case files on the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Senators had locked in an agreement to automatically pass the bill as soon as it was received from the House, which passed it on Tuesday with overwhelming margins. Sarah Krissoff, a member in the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, appeared on BBC News to discuss what we can expect next, now that bill has been signed by the president and the DOJ has 30 days to produce what's commonly known as the Epstein files.
