Following a seven-week trial, “Diddy” was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but was acquitted of the most serious charges against him, including racketeering and sex-trafficking.
Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, spoke with the Journal about the music mogul’s team defense strategy. “The verdict illustrates the value of the defense telling a consistent story,” Sarah said. “It just goes to show you how powerful a counter-narrative can be,” she noted.
