As prosecutors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial are about to rest their case, defense is getting ready to make its own case to the jury. Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, spoke with Reuters about the defense strategy, noting that Combs’ lawyers will likely highlight instances where the women were willing participants. "There's got to be a linkage between the force, fraud and coercion and the participation in the sex act," she said. "There is some murky testimony and evidence in there regarding that, and the defense is certainly going to hammer that."
