Ken Fisher Named to City & State New York’s 2026 Brooklyn Power 100

NEW YORK, February 10, 2026 – Ken Fisher, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Business Law Department, has been named to City & State New York’s 2026 Brooklyn Power 100. The annual list highlights the initiatives and achievements of political figures, prosecutors, business leaders, advocates, and other influential voices driving change and energizing Brooklyn’s communities. This is Fisher’s fifth consecutive year on the list.

City & State New York described Fisher as the attorney developers turn to when navigating New York City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure. He was recognized for his recent work advising The Domain Companies on their Gowanus development, representing RYBAK Development in winning a city RFP for a 505‑unit project in Coney Island, and advocating for state leadership in planning the Interborough Express line.

Fisher concentrates his practice on the public realm of the New York metropolitan area. His experience includes real estate development, zoning and land use, administrative and regulatory law, government contracting, litigation, and investigations. He advocates for clients with government decision-makers at the local, state, and federal levels.

Fisher is a former New York City Council Member. He served as the founding chair of the New York City Chapter of the New York League of Conservation Voters and founding chair of the board of directors of the Governors Island Alliance. He is a fellow of the Urban Design Forum and is a member of the board of directors of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and co-chairs its Real Estate Committee. Fisher has received numerous accolades, notably including the 2020 New York Law Journal Lifetime Achievement Award.
