Lieutenant Governor Running Against the Governor! [Dan’s Papers]

In this column, Jerry covers the states that have lieutenant governors and their election processes; the current New York Law, which requires the governor and lieutenant governor to run together in the primary election to minimize any conflict between them; and shares the only two other lieutenant governors in modern history who have run against the sitting governor.
