Limitations Period for Subrogated Actions in Canada - Limitation periods are the time period in which an action can be brought. This is both to incentivize plaintiffs to bring lawsuits in a timely fashion and keeps defendants from continuously fearing past obligations. This article goes into detail on what the Canadian laws are regarding these periods.
