Evan focuses his practice on subrogation matters related to large complex property losses. He has experience representing insurers, third-party administrators, and corporations in claims across various industries, including manufacturing, health care, construction, retail, hospitality, transportation, and logistics.
Previously, Evan worked at a national law firm where he defended clients in civil litigation matters and prosecuted workers' compensation subrogation claims. He has represented clients at trial and has several reported cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals. Evan is a seasoned litigator and has taken thousands of depositions, including mechanical engineers, adjusters, underwriters, pulmonologists, cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons, etc.
Evan received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2013, winning Academic Excellence Awards for the highest grades in the Georgia Products Liability Seminar and Research, Writing & Advocacy. While in law school, he was an associate articles editor for Georgia State University Law Review and was vice president of treasury for the Georgia State University Moot Court Board. Evan graduated in 2010 from Covenant College, majoring in history.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys time with his wife and three children, preferably on or near a body of water. He is also a competitive marathoner.
