John’s practice focuses on a wide-range of commercial litigation, including “bet the company” class actions and multimillion-dollar contract disputes. John has successfully defended against large scale consumer protection, health care, and discrimination class actions and has successfully represented owners, contractors, and developers in multimillion-dollar construction disputes.
John also has experience in government contract and corporate governance disputes as well as drafting and negotiating contracts.
John earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2018, where he served on the Mock Trial Board, was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and interned for the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Department of Justice’s Commercial Litigation Branch. In 2015, John graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University with a degree in government and international politics, and a minor in Chinese.
John is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan from Hammonton, N.J. (the Blueberry Capital of the World) who loves to cheer on his favorite team outside (and inside) of the office.
