Matt Bleich represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes arising out of stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI) transactions. Matt understands how investors originate STOLI policies and knows how to prove their invalidity, obtaining significant monetary recoveries for the families of senior citizens who are victims of STOLI schemes.
In addition, Matt handles disputes involving complex contractual matters. He has successfully defended public companies against claims brought under federal securities laws and has protected the rights of companies doing business with the government.
Matt’s appellate practice has involved diverse subjects, including contract disputes, employee disputes, product liability law, and STOLI matters, and has spanned appellate courts across the country.
