Morgan represents and advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. She helps clients resolve issues related to workplace discrimination and retaliation, harassment, disability accommodations, wrongful termination, labor-management relations, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Morgan also advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including reviewing and drafting employee handbooks.
During law school, Morgan represented individuals in the Georgetown Civil Justice Clinic, where she provided legal representation to workers in breach of contract disputes and successfully appealed a denial of unemployment benefits before the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings. Prior to attending law school, Morgan worked in social services, supporting individuals transitioning into the community after incarceration. These experiences inform Morgan’s practical, client-centered approach to advocacy.
