Stephanie is an experienced litigator, focusing on business and commercial litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, transportation, general liability, products liability, construction defect and injury, and premises liability matters. Stephanie also has experience in defending health care providers and institutions in professional liability matters. She represents clients from pre-suit through trial and has extensive courtroom experience defending claims across Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire state and federal courts. She also has experience providing risk transfer and tender advice to clients and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
With almost 20 years of active litigation experience, Stephanie was most recently a partner with a national litigation firm where she defended catastrophic and large-scale complex commercial and general liability claims with a specific focus on catastrophic injury, transportation, and construction.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland and her law degree from the New England School of Law. She is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. She regularly speaks at industry events across the country, discussing hot topics within her practice areas. She is active within the firm’s pro bono efforts, with specific focus on a local Veteran’s group, where she recently received the 2024 Pro Bono Outstanding Pro Bono Award. She was an adjunct professor at New England Law Boston from 2011–2019, where she enjoyed teaching first-year law students legal research and writing.
