Madeline Domenichella, Jeremy Glenn, and Debbie Friedman discuss a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the U.S. Department of Labor must release EEO-1 reports under the Freedom of Information Act.

Maddie is a litigation associate with excellent writing and research skills. She gained experience with the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

Maddie graduated cum laude from Loyola University School of Law with a certificate in Trial Advocacy. At Loyola, Maddie was a student articles editor for the Loyola Law Journal, managing editor of the IP Bytes blog, and tutored 1L students in legal writing and criminal law. She served as a research assistant to Dean Michele Alexandre on issues related to political civil rights and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Before going to law school, Maddie was an intellectual property paralegal and legal administrative assistant at a boutique patent prosecution firm in Boston. She graduated, cum laude, with a dual B.S./B.A. from Boston University, where she studied journalism and political science.
