David's real estate clients value his legal advice, savvy negotiation skills, and diverse experience accumulated over his 35-year career. His extensive experience includes representing lenders in construction, bridge, and permanent financing, including leasehold financing and large multistate portfolio loans in all types of asset classes. He also represents lenders in connection with workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, landlord/tenant matters, and disputes involving brokerage commissions. David has represented some of the country's largest insurance companies and regularly closed commercial mortgage loan transactions exceeding $100 million.
David also regularly represents developers and property owners in acquisitions and dispositions and leasing in all asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and hospitality.
David earned his J.D., cum laude, in 1989 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He graduated cum laude from Amherst College in 1985.
