Roy Fan

Associate

Roy focuses his practice on business litigation matters and has experience handling complex litigation and counseling on regulatory issues.

He has represented corporate and individual clients in SEC investigations, False Claims Act inquiries, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, and enforcement proceedings involving multimillion-dollar civil fraud judgments.

Before entering private practice, Roy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eric Neyman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where he gained experience conducting research and drafting opinions in a variety of civil, criminal, agency, and family cases.

Roy earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Boston University Law Review. He graduated from Brandeis University, cum laude, where he studied economics and politics.
