Nathan focuses his practice on insurance matters, having represented clients and national insurance carriers in a wide range of complex civil litigation cases.
He has extensive experience handling bodily injury, property damage, and uninsured motorist claims arising from personal and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, construction and construction-defect disputes, and homeowner’s insurance liability claims.
Nathan also has experience reviewing and analyzing medical treatment and billing records, working closely with expert witnesses in fields including neurology, orthopedics, and accident reconstruction, and negotiating settlements through mediation.
Nathan earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 2022, where he served as a student attorney representing indigent clients in the SMU Family Law Clinic. Nathan received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 2013.
Outside of his practice, Nathan enjoys fitness, travel, soccer, and football, as well as spending time with his family and his golden retriever, Ash.
