Colleen Foster

Colleen brings extensive litigation experience to her practice, predominantly focusing on insurance coverage, cybersecurity, data privacy, and commercial litigation matters.

She regularly counsels domestic and international insurers, representing carriers in state and federal coverage disputes involving data breaches, fidelity bonds, commercial crime, and cyber-crime policies, always working to achieve the best possible results for her clients.

Additionally, Colleen has experience in pre-trial preparation, including discovery, brief writing, and depositions in matters involving contract disputes, tort, fraud, and data breaches.

Colleen earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law in 2021. During law school, Colleen was the captain of the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law mock trial civil litigation team, which she continues to serve in the role of adjunct professor. She also received the Unsung Hero Award and CALI awards for torts, consumer law, and advocacy. Colleen achieved her B.A. in political science at Iowa State University in 2016.
