Carly Friedman

Associate

Carly is a skilled litigator with a focus on labor and employment law. She represents employers in a wide range of matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Carly also has experience handling complex litigation involving fair housing claims, breach of contract, ERISA, and premises liability for clients across multiple industries, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Carly earned her J.D. in 2022 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, Carly served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sanjay T. Tailor in the Circuit Court of Cook County. She received her B.A. from the University of Maryland, where she studied government and politics and criminology and criminal justice.

Carly is actively involved with Lawyers Lend-A-Hand, where she mentors Chicago Public School students through the Chicago Bar Association.
