Jacqueline is a member of the Health Care & Life Sciences group and has experience assisting providers in payer reimbursement disputes, regulatory compliance matters, facility licensure and related regulatory matters, and health care related transactions. She also has experience drafting motions for pending litigation, arbitration, and mediation, as well as conducting research in preparation to advise clients, and navigating newly passed cannabis legislation.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor as a summer associate, she was a legal intern at the National Institute for Reproductive Health, where she conducted research regarding reproductive-related legislation and proposed legislation nationwide, conducted research on the history of reproductive legislation in the United States, and drafted legal memos regarding distinct legal questions that implicate reproductive rights. Jacqueline also participated in the Safe Harbor and Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy clinics at Brooklyn Law School. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Joan A. Madden, New York State Supreme Court.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Jacqueline worked in the entertainment industry as a talent buyer, agent assistant, and DJ in New York.

Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and her law degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
