His practice focuses on consequential litigation across various industries, including construction and labor law claims, premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury claims.

Dan is a trusted advisor to building owners, developers, and major construction companies, defending complex claims involving construction defects, environmental exposures, and significant property damage. He also represents corporations, municipalities, and property owners in casualty and toxic tort litigation, as well as clients facing commercial disputes and professional malpractice claims.

Drawing on deep experience in New York’s real estate and construction landscape, Dan routinely represents condominium and cooperative boards, managing agents, and shareholders. He handles a wide array of governance and operational disputes, including business judgment rule challenges, discrimination claims, and quality-of-life issues such as noise and nuisance concerns.

A seasoned litigator, Dan has successfully guided cases from inception through trial and appeal, achieving favorable outcomes in complex, high-exposure matters. Dan earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
