Alizabeth dedicates herself to being a zealous advocate and achieving the best possible client outcomes in her business and commercial litigation practice. She has managed a wide array of litigation matters from inception through resolution in both state and federal courts and has experience in drafting pleadings, taking depositions, coordinating written discovery and document production, and pursuing and defending dispositive and other motions.
Additionally, Alizabeth has handled various litigation matters, including personal injury, civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, construction defects, premises liability, insurance defense, and other complex torts and business disputes.
Prior to earning her J.D., Alizabeth gained valuable experience with the firm as a law clerk in the commercial litigation department from 2022 to 2023.
Alizabeth received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where she held editorial positions with the International Law Review Association, first as a Staff Editor and then as an Articles Editor. She was also appointed Chief Counsel of the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, where she served as a Guardian and Attorney Ad Litem for children in the foster care system and as a student attorney for young adults who had aged out of the system.
Alizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, where she served as President of the MSU Pre-Law Society.
