Chick is a general litigation associate interested in environmental law, insurance, construction, and real estate. In 2024, Chick was a summer associate with the firm, working on active litigation matters related to federal and state environmental laws. In 2023, he gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk in the Environmental Division of the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General.
Chick earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2025, where he was a Patrick Wilson Scholar and inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was an articles editor for and published author in the Vanderbilt Law Review, a student attorney for the Vanderbilt Stanton Foundation First Amendment Clinic, and a research assistant investigating developments in administrative and environmental law. Chick studied history and applied and computational mathematics and statistics at the University of Notre Dame, graduating summa cum laude in 2022.
