Bryan focuses his practice on real estate, guiding individuals and businesses through complex transactions, including purchases, development projects, and refinances. A trusted client advocate, Bryan developed a strong understanding of the legal landscape as underwriting counsel in the Pennsylvania division of a leading national provider of title insurance, closing/settlement services, and risk solutions for real estate transactions. There, he conducted due diligence and advised on complex title, underwriting, and real estate matters.
Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as a managing editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. During his 2L year, he gained his first experience as a summer law clerk in the firm's Corporate Practice. Bryan received his B.S.B.A. from Elon University.
Outside of his practice, Bryan enjoys travel, golf, running, skiing, hiking, and American history.
