Lisa C. Lopez

Lisa advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She works with businesses at every stage, from innovative startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Her experience spans industries including energy and utilities, construction and infrastructure, technology, health care, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer products, and extends to advising companies in emerging areas such as blockchain and Web3 solutions.

Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as the editor-in-chief of Temple Law Review. Before law school, Lisa had a career in K-12 education. She worked most recently as an administrator and previously as a teacher, in both private and public schools in the Philadelphia area.

Lisa earned her master's degree in library and information sciences from Drexel University and her bachelor's degree in comparative literature from Haverford College.
