Kelsey is a tested litigator with experience in complex litigation matters, general liability, and products liability. She manages all phases of a case, from initial evidence preservation requests to trial preparation and settlement. When settlement is not possible, Kelsey has the experience needed to represent her clients at trial. Notably, she has served as second-chair in a products liability trial that concluded with a plaintiff's dismissal with prejudice, as well as a medical malpractice trial that resulted in a defense verdict.
Kelsey is passionate about mentoring early-career attorneys, having led the summer associate program at her previous firm. She earned her J.D. from the Chapman University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and served as an extern to the Honorable Josephine L. Staton of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
