Arianna is a trial-tested litigator who represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, including claims involving breach of contract, business torts, professional negligence, and products liability. She has particular depth in trade secret litigation, having prosecuted and defended claims under the Defend Trade Secrets Act, various iterations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and state common law.
Arianna has handled matters through every phase of litigation — from pre-suit investigation through appeal — and has appeared in state and federal courts nationwide to argue motions, conduct hearings, and try jury cases to verdict. She is known for her ability to distill complex legal and factual issues into compelling arguments, and for her commitment to achieving efficient, favorable outcomes.
Before Cozen O'Connor, Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship, where she graduated third in her class and Order of the Coif. She received commencement awards for excellence in legal writing, receiving the highest grade in the Business Organizations course, and for her contributions to the Civil Justice Clinic. During law school, Arianna served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Property courses and as the managing editor of production for the Villanova Law Review, which published a case brief she authored in Volume 62. She also worked as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company, a judicial extern for a judge in the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a summer associate at Cozen O'Connor.
Arianna previously served as chair of the Associates' Committee and a member of the firm's Hiring Committee.
