Shayne focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate disputes, representing cooperatives, condominiums, shareholders, and unit owners. She represents cooperative and condominium boards in litigations against unit owners or shareholders for noncompliance with governing documents. Shayne also assists boards of managers of condominiums and boards of directors of cooperatives with governance and building operations.
Shayne earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from New York Law School. During her studies, she interned with New York Law School’s Housing Rights Clinic, where she was a student-attorney providing representation to individuals in Housing Court.
