Charise has over 15 years of experience handling complex business litigation matters, including general liability, regulatory compliance, risk management, and data security and regulations.
	Before entering private practice, Charise served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Georgia Department of Labor, where she heard cases involving employment and termination disputes.
	Charise is deeply committed to serving her community. She is a past president of the Miami-Dade Bar, Florida's largest voluntary bar association. She also serves as vice chair of the Florida Bar Rules of Civil Procedure Committee, chair of the Florida Bar Standing Committee on Professionalism, and is a liaison to the Florida Bar Board of Governors.
	Her professional achievements have earned Charise multiple notable recognitions, including the 2025 Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Outstanding Woman Lawyer Award and the 2025 Miami-Dade Florida Association of Women Lawyers Women Making History Award.
	Charise earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Florida International University, where she studied political science and English literature.
