Bryan focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters, bringing experience representing insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation and counseling, as well as complex commercial disputes and insurance defense matters.
He has advised insurers, insureds, and third parties on complex first- and third-party coverage disputes involving property and casualty, general liability, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and sexual abuse claims, and appears before courts throughout New Jersey and New York.
Bryan brings additional experience representing clients in complex civil matters involving catastrophic and high-exposure claims. He has developed significant courtroom experience across the New York metropolitan area and has served as second chair in three jury trials, including a trial in New York County that resulted in a unanimous defense verdict.
Bryan earned his J.D. cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University, where he served as an executive editor of the Albany Law Review. During law school, Bryan also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He received his B.A. from the University of Vermont, majoring in political science and history.
