Daniel focuses his practice on subrogation. He has experience in litigation in state and federal courts and approaches subrogation matters with a practical, detail-oriented litigation mindset.
Daniel earned his J.D. in 2025 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the International Law Review Association and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He also assisted clients in civil matters in the SMU Civil/Consumer Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Daniel built a professional background in media production and entrepreneurship, directing and editing films, launching a successful comedy venue in Korea, and managing a college admissions consulting business.
